Stainless Steel TIG Welder - Day Shift

Top Job Located in Canby, OR Salary: $23 - $26hr. DOEA client of ours in Canby is looking to add a TIG Welder to their team. The ideal candidate for this role would have some experience with some TIG Welding or working with Stainless steel tubing. This is an evaluation to hire position. Duties:TIG welding and sheet metal manufacturing, including grinding and finishing 049-065TIG welding stainless steel parts & tubingFittingWirefeed SkillsJoins, fabricates, and repairs metal and other weldable materials by applying appropriate welding techniques and operating various welding devicesInterprets blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to determine the appropriate welding processInterpret weld symbolsInspects completed welds to determine structural soundness.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:No certification is required but must be able to pass the TIG welding test.Experience with stainless steel TIG welding (2+ years preferred)Sheet metal experience preferred.Excellent work ethic and dependability.Strong desire to learn and grow.Steel toed boots are REQUIRED for the job as well as a welding hoodPay: $23 - $26hr.
