Top Job Located in Clackamas, OR Salary: $30.00Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (CNC Focus) - $30.00-$35.00hr DOEA leading Clackamas manufacturer is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to keep their CNC machines and production equipment running at peak performance. This is a hands-on role for problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to make an impact on production success.Job Description:As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC machinery and a wide range of industrial equipment. You'll use your technical expertise with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems while collaborating with operators and team members to keep production moving smoothly.Responsibilities for the job include:Diagnose and repair CNC machines including mills, punches, lasers, and press brakes.Maintain and troubleshoot additional production equipment: bandsaws, welding machines, robots, hydraulic presses, broach machines, and gas ovens.Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, transmission, gearing, and pump terpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and technical documentation.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance using mechanical trade practices.Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with skill development.Partner with operators and team members to resolve issues quickly and effectively.Follow safety guidelines and maintain proper documentation of repairs.Experience Required:5+ years of Extensive hands-on experience with CNC equipment and industrial machinery.Proven troubleshooting skills with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.Familiarity with building codes preferred.Skills Needed:Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings.Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools, equipment, and trade practices.Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Effective communication and interpersonal skills; works well with others.Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.Customer service mindset with a collaborative attitude.Work Schedule:Monday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMTuesday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMWednesday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMThursday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMFriday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMWhy Join Us:Competitive pay: $30-$35hr DOE.Steady day-shift schedule with weekends off.Work with advanced CNC machinery in a collaborative environment.Opportunity for continuous learning and professional growth.Make a visible impact on production outcomes.Ways to Apply!Email resume to our office 503-654-3600Stop by at our office in personFill out our online application at Apply today on the ExpressJobs app!
