Located in Oakdale, MN Salary: 18.50Express Employment Professionals in Woodbury, Mn is seeking enthusiastic General Assemblers for a fantastic company in the East Metro! Pay: $18.50hr. Schedule: 6am - 2:30pm Mon-Fritemporarycontract up to 6 monthsMUST be able to pass all government background & drug screen requirements prior to startMust be highly flexible, detail orientated and able to read and understand oral and written instructions. Will support box build assembly process from start to finish, including identifying, installing and quality checking components, building, conducting tests for failures and quality, packing of orders following final build processes according to customer instructions, in an assembly environment.General Assembler Duties:Read and comprehend instructions and follow established proceduresCollect all material and equipment needed to begin the processTake precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of componentsSelect or modify components according to measurements and specificationsAlign material and put together parts to build more complex unitsCheck output to ensure highest qualityMaintain equipment in good conditionKeep records of production quantities and timeReport on issues, malfunction or defective partsGeneral assembly of circuit boards, stuffing the componentsPrepping the boards for the soldering machineDoing an in-circuit testDoing functional tests to ensure board was created properlyMay be crimping leads offGeneral Assembler Skills & Experience Required:• Successful completion of ESD Safety training and IPC-A-610 certification with additional cross training• Ability to recognize problems in the operation process or with components and to highlightcommunicate those problems.• Good vision, hand coordination and manual dexterity are required.• Ability to read, write and otherwise communicate effectively in English.• Must be able to read and understand work routers, bill of materials, assembly drawings, component identification, and component polarity.• Ability to handle a high volume work load and house cleaning• Basic PC Knowledge.**Benefits while working with Express Employment Professionals** Medical Benefits Holiday Pay 401K Referral Bonus Scholarship opportunitiesFor Immediate consideration contact our Express Employment Professionals office in Woodbury, MN. 651|731|9328 call or text apply#2000LIExpress Office: Woodbury 650 Commerce Drive Suite 135Woodbury, MN 55125
