Top Job Located in Plymouth, MN Salary: $19.06+hrJob Title: Packaging Line Operator (Food Manufacturing)Location: Plymouth, MN Shift Options:Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Thursday)Night Shift: 4:20 PM - 2:50 AM (Monday - Thursday)Job Summary:We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Line Operators to join our team in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)-regulated food production facility. In this role, you will work on an automated packaging line, ensuring products are correctly packed into boxes, sealed, and prepared for distribution. You will be responsible for maintaining quality and safety standards while keeping pace with production requirements.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor automated packaging equipment efficientlyPackage finished food products into boxes according to specificationsInspect products and packaging for quality and compliance with GMP standardsLabel, seal, and stack boxes for shipmentMaintain a clean and sanitary work area in accordance with food safety guidelinesFollow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the supervisor promptlyAssist with cleaning, maintenance, or other tasks as needed to support productionQualifications:Previous experience in food manufacturing or packaging preferred but not requiredAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularlyComfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive environmentKnowledge of GMP or other food safety standards a plusStrong attention to detail and good communication skillsWillingness to work assigned shift and occasional overtime as neededWork Environment:Clean, climate-controlled GMP facilityTeam-oriented production floorExposure to repetitive tasks and loud machinery (PPE provided)#3096LIExpress Office: Plymouth 3021 Harbor Lane North Suite 209Plymouth, MN 55447
