Different shift assignments allow for flexibility and safety.You will perform downstream activities that are required to successfully complete a production. This involves initiation of paperwork not generated by the documentation center, verification of components per the appropriate Bill of Materials, set-up, challenge and verification of label dispensers, verification of weighing and measuring devices for current calibration status, and set-up and verification of batch board and seal integrity stations. Working together in a supportive and open culture makes our processes evolve for the better and engages our workforce.What You'll Be DoingMonitor product exposure times and document process flow as requiredPeriodically performs all Operator IOperator II functionsPull required processing samples, document, package and distributeSet-upTear down room and keep production area supplies up to datePerform all line clearancesReplace labels on dispensers, take appropriate samples and verify as well as troubleshoot any label dispenser problemsCollect, document, disposition production scrapTrouble shoot problems in the finishing area, and decide how to correct or who to contactFacility cleaning as required based on daily scheduleMove production cart into +5oC and freezer areas in the required times required by product specificationRequired to maintain attendance in accordance with the RLD Attendance PolicyMandatory overtime is requiredMoving of pasteurization carts and operation of pasteurizerWhat You'll BringMust not be allergic to Penicillin or CephalosporinHigh School Diploma or equivalentAbility to work independentlyRequires the use of and troubleshooting of the label dispensing equipmentGood documentation and computer skillsGood interpersonal skillsKnowledge of standard operating procedures, specifications, and Job-specific training materialsLanguage Skills: Must be able to understand, speak, read and write English in order to comply with necessary SOPs, SPECs, Job-specific training materials, GMPs, and other manualsBasic math skills requiredVisual acuity 2025 Near Vision with or without corrective vision requiredMust be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 poundsFrequent walking and standingOccasional bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching up and out, wrist turning, pinching and manipulationWe understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career.
