ELECTRICIAN• Completed high school or equivalent plus possess a certification of completion froman approved secondary education institution (technical college, university, etc.) withan electrical major, or emphasis.• Minimum of three or more years of formal training and credible work experience.• Documented relevant experience related to industrial electrical may be allowed tosubstitute for formal education.• Documented experience with PLCs shall be favorably considered.• Perform technical work on industrial electric power and control systems,computerizedprogrammable controls, electric equipment, panels, instruments, andrelated devices connected with wastewater conveyance, pumping and treatmentprocesses.• Work involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, re-programming, repairing, replacing,maintaining, new installation, testing, calibration and analysis of Districtinfrastructure systems.• Available to work extended hours (early arrival andor late departure) whennecessary for emergencies or when systems are inoperable and require continuedefforts.• Able to work alone, unassisted, or as a member of a crew.Mon-Fri.
