Top Job Located in Cincinnati, OH Salary: $32-40 an hourPosition: CNC Machine Technician MaintenanceLocation: Woodlawn, OHCompensation: $32-40 an hourIndustry: CNC Machining IndustryQualifications:Must be a U.S. Citizen.Previous experience with CNC Machine Maintenance is required.Previous experience rebuilding machines is pletion of an electrical or mechanical apprenticeship, or equivalent.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems.Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting abilities.Familiarity with machine tools, including VTLs, CNC millslathes, Makino, and Fanuc controls.High school diploma or GED, with intermediate computer skills.Responsibilities:Install CNC machinery and mechanical equipment using hand and power tools.Operate hoisting and lifting devices to position machinery during installation, setup, and repair.Perform advanced machine tool repair processes, including troubleshooting and repairing major issues.Disassemble, repair, and rebuild machine tool subassemblies.Clean, lubricate, and conduct routine maintenance on machinery.Schedule and recommend improvements for preventive maintenance.Train other employees and maintain organized work areas.Travel to customer sites for installation and service calls, up to 30%.#SRGDHExpress Office: Cincinnati (Northwest) 3551 Springdale RoadCincinnati, OH 45251
