Senior Mechanical Engineer

Top Job Located in York, PA Salary: $80k-$85K DOEHours: 1st Shift. Monday through Friday.We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer to design and support mechanical and high-speed automation systems, including robotics. This role involves engineering,customer support, and collaboration across teams to drive innovation and quality.Key Responsibilities:Design and development of mechanical and Automation EquipmentSupport customers Pre-Post- InstallationInterpret and integrate clientvendor mechanical drawingsPurchase components associated with projectsEnforce quality and safety standardsInteract with vendors to determine updates to applications of technologyTroubleshoot equipment via phone or site visitsReports to Service ManagerSupervisor when performing field workCore Proficiency and Skills:Capable of independent problem solvingMust effectively communicate with employees, vendors, and clientsMust be able to work in a team environmentMust be able to work hands-on both in the office and out in the fieldAware of highlow voltage control systems and their effect on mechanical designFamiliarity with air and pneumatic systemsShould be a self-starter that has good organizational skillsMust be willing and able to travel both within the US and internationally (passport maybe required)Position will require the applicant to come in contact with foodbeverage products (including allergens)Qualifications:4-year Mechanical Engineering degree (Bachelor of Science)At least 5-years of Occupational experienceProficiency with 2D and 3D CAD Programs (AutoCAD Inventor and Mechanical 2D preferred)Basic understanding of software engineering principles needed to maintain automated processesSolid understanding of product designProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookKnowledge of good manufacturing processFamiliarity with mechanical principles (fluids, heat transfer, etc.)Ways to Apply:For an immediate AI Recruiter phone interview, please call 717-837-3599Call to schedule a live phone interview @717-718-HIRE (4473)Apply online at: may be emailed to: by our York office: 2210 E.
