Top Job Located in La Grange, IL Salary: $23hr-$26hrJob Title: Inventory Clerk Location: Countryside, IL Shift: 1st Shift Pay Rate: $23-$26hour (based on experience)Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Clerk to join our team in Countryside, IL. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring system integrity across all inventory transactions.The ideal candidate will have strong experience working within CRM andor ERP systems (SAP, AS400, Oracle, or similar platforms) and demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracyInvestigate and reconcile inventory discrepanciesMaintain accurate inventory records within ERPCRM systems (SAP, AS400, Oracle, etc.)Process inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and returnsGenerate and analyze inventory reports using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas preferred)Assist with physical inventory auditsCoordinate with warehouse, shipping, and purchasing departments to ensure proper stock levelsMonitor inventory trends and identify process improvement opportunitiesMaintain documentation and ensure compliance with company proceduresQualifications2+ years of inventory control or inventory clerk experienceHands-on experience with ERPCRM systems such as SAP, AS400, Oracle, or similarStrong Microsoft Excel skills (reporting, formulas, data analysis)Experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliationHigh attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced warehouse environmentStrong communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing or distribution environmentExperience with inventory audits and root cause analysisKnowledge of shippingreceiving processesExpress Employment- Brookfield is a Locally Owned and Operated Staffing Company.
