The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical and mechanical repair, general maintenance work, including plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.Essential Duties:Repair and maintain building & mechanical systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, replacing light bulbs, and checking fire spect, troubleshoot, and service equipment and systems.Operate, maintain, and repair various tools and equipment for carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance.Perform light groundskeeping tasks (weeding, snow removal).Drive a company vehicle for local equipment pickups.Maintain inventory of materials and ensure equipment is clean and in good working plete invoices and weekly reports.Respond to emergency situations and customer service requests.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company directives.#SRGDHExpress Office: Cincinnati (Northwest) 3551 Springdale RoadCincinnati, OH 45251
