Located in Bellefontaine, OH Salary: $30.00 HrJob Title: Industrial Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Bellefontaine, OhioShift: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Overnight Shift)Pay: $30.00 hourWe are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations through electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and installation of production equipment. This role is critical in ensuring minimal downtime, optimal equipment performance, and a safe, efficient production environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on manufacturing equipment Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment used in production operations Perform general, preventive, and predictive maintenance on all manufacturing systems Support facility maintenance needs as required Minimize scrap through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement efforts Train and assist other maintenance associates as needed Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards Technical Skills & Duties:Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems design and operation Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electricalPLC systems Develop and perform preventive and predictive maintenance programs on equipment Use electrical and electronic testing and measuring equipment Proficiency in the operation of hand and power tools including drill press, band saws, side and bench grinders, and hydraulic presses Perform welding (gas & electric), brazing, and cutting operations Interpret blueprints, maintenance manuals, drawings, sketches, and writtenverbal instructions Evaluate unfamiliar equipment and quickly understand system functions and controls Qualifications:Five (5) years of industrial maintenance experience is preferred Technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electricalPLC functions Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and external support personnel Willingness to participate in ongoing technical training and development Ability to train and mentor other maintenance team membersJOB ID: #2905Express Office: Sidney 1660 Gleason StreetSidney, OH 45365
