This role offers exposure to multiple clients, industries, and complex accounting scenarios while building strong client-facing and leadership skills.     What Youll Do: Client-Facing & Advisory Build strong relationships with multiple clients and act as an extension of their team Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals Support financial forecasting and provide insights to leadership Financial Reporting & Accounting Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts Support and lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Consult on complex accounting and financial reporting matters Leadership & Team Development Review work of Staff Accountants and provide coaching and guidance Assist in training and developing junior team members Ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables before submission to leadership Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to accounting processes Help implement standardized GAAP procedures across client engagements   What Were Looking For: Bachelors degree in Accounting. 35 years of accounting experience (public accounting, corporate, or consulting) Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles Experience with financial reporting, general ledger, and month-end close Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience reviewing or mentoring junior staff preferred CPA or CMA is a plus (nice to have, not required)   Work Environment: Onsite for the first 180 days to support onboarding and team integration Hybrid schedule available after (2 days WFH) Exposure to a variety of startups and industries High-growth environment with strong mentorship and career advancement     Alternate Job Titles: Senior Accountant Senior Staff Accountant Accounting Analyst Corporate Accountant Accounting Consultant Client Accounting Specialist Financial Reporting Accountant General Ledger Accountant Assistant Controller Public Accounting Senior Keywords for SEO:  senior accountant, GAAP accounting, financial reporting, general ledger, month end close, accounting analyst, public accounting, CPA preferred, audit experience, corporate accounting, accounting consultant, financial statement preparation, startup accounting, accounting advisory, financial analysis, client accounting, assistant controller, reconciliation, Excel, multi-entity accounting   EEOC Statment:  We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
