The ideal candidate will have strong administrative technical skills, possess a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, be deadline and goal driven with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provides administrative support to the Legal department including meeting coordination, drafting contracts, preparing legal documents, coordinating due diligence efforts, etc.Has full understanding of all functions under the Legal department with the ability to serve as the first point-of-contact for internal inquiries and escalate as neededSupports legal research efforts by compiling data, organizing internal resources, coordinating external resources, and presenting on findingsManages all legal files and documents; requires basic understanding of document retention best practices with the ability to audit and update files on a quarterly basisSupports department leadership on various initiatives related to compliance, strategy, scorecardsKPIs, etc. through project plan administration, monitoring progress, and communicating deadlines or project updatesAbility to present in a professional and engaging way to effectively train and educate team membersSupports and contributes to culture initiatives by participating in culture events and encouraging participation across the companyProvides mid-level assistance to executive leadership; includes complex and confidential administrative duties, special project implementation and coordination, performance tracking, reporting, scheduling, etc.Performs other duties as assignedSUCCESS FACTORS:A strong belief in ZERO- Being Safe 100% of the time is the expectationAlignment with company mission, vision, and valuesA high level of customer centricityStrong work ethic with an ALL-IN attitudeStrong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team membersAbility to perform in a fast pacedhigh volume environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skillsAbility to be organized, problem solve, and be solution orientedSelf-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish department goalsAbility to present in front of various sized audiencesHighly-customer centric and master relationship builderHigh level of professionalism and confidentialityBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)WORK ENVIRONMENT:Corporate headquarters is located at: 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069This position operates out of a temperature-controlled office environmentThis position may be required to use standard office equipment such as phones, computers, printers, etc.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:3+ year of administrative support experience requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredThe starting pay for this position is $24.00hr and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.ADB Companies, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
