Process Technician

Express is looking for a Process Technician for a client located in Morgantown, PA. The company is looking to hire on the right people and offers career growth for their employees!   Process Technician  Pay: $18-$20hr Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401(k), and more! Shift: 1st shift Monday through Friday (7:00am-3:30pm) Location: Morgantown, PA   Responsibilities of the Process Technician: Operate resistance evaporation and sputtering systems in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) Perform batch processing of semiconductor templates, including coating, transfer, and handling within a Class 1000 cleanroom Inspect finished electron microscopy grids for quality and package products per established standards Accurately document processes and production data using internal database systems Train and mentor new team members following structured training plans Collaborate with supervisors and management to maintain process stability and improve operational best practices Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment as needed to ensure consistent performance Follow strict safety, cleanliness, and contamination control protocols Other duties as assigned Qualifications of the Process Technician: 2+ years of materials processing Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise process instructions Basic electromechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Must be able to work quickly and accurately Must be comfortable lifting up to 35 pounds regularly Must have your own transportation  This is a long term career opportunity with a great company who offers room for advancement once hired on.
