Compensation: 100k-125kWhy This Role Matters:Your expertise will ensure bridge components are fabricated with precision, efficiency, and consistency. Operating and optimizing advanced fabrication equipment, you'll play a key role in transforming engineering drawings into real-world structures.Key Responsibilities:Program, set up, and operate fabrication equipment including CNC plasma cutters, Voortman, Wheelabrator, and Scotsman machinesRead and interpret work orders, blueprints, and engineering drawings to plan work sequencesHandle, move, and stage parts; remove and dispose of scrap materialPerform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machine issuesMaintain detailed material usage records and support workflow optimizationCoordinate with other departments to align on production needs and priorities Ideal Candidate Profile:2+ years of experience in machine operation within manufacturing or fabricationProficient in reading tape measures (standard & metric) and interpreting engineering drawingsForklift and bridge crane operation experience requiredAbility to program and operate fabrication machinery confidentlyProblem-solver with strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanshipSubmit resume to jwest@ or apply online.
