Job Description

We are seeking a truly hands-on and passionate Executive Administrative Assistant who loves to organize, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in being a trusted right hand. This role is ideal for someone who's naturally assertive, has a hands-on attitude and committed to excellence. A great sense of humor is essential, as is a passion for being a trusted right-hand and culture carrier within the office. This role navigates seamlessly between business and personal support, with a primary emphasis on executive and team-facing responsibilities. You'll also assist with house management projects, including a major renovation and construction initiatives across Los Angeles and Malibu. In this position, you'll become an integral part of the founder's daily operations and a small but mighty team, ensuring both the office and household run smoothly.What You'll Do:Manage a fast-moving calendar and triage high-volume email communicationsPlan and coordinate complex travel and prepare polished expense reportsOversee internal events: help organize team outings, offsites, holiday parties, and culture-building activitiesMaintain a shared calendar of company events, key dates, and team milestonesAct as communication hub"”liaising across teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholdersSupport ongoing projects, vendor coordination, and light researchManage office logistics and assist with firm-wide initiativesCoordinate household vendors, contractors, and renovation timelinesBook personal travel with concierge-level precisionHandle purchases, home organization, and design-related projectsManage guest lists, logistics, and planning for personal eventsMaintain complete confidentiality and trust across all personal mattersYou'll Thrive in This Role If You:Bring 5+ years in an EA/PA role ideally with both corporate and household supportAre highly assertive, proactive, and confident in a fast-paced settingCan manage multiple priorities with elegance and easeCommunicate clearly, effectively, and with emotional intelligenceConsider yourself to be slightly Type A and take pride in your organizational skillsetHave a proven track record coordinating both internal and external events and have a natural eye for detail and aestheticsEnjoy being a true team-player and want to work onsite with a professional, dedicated and passionate teamCompensation & Benefits:$90,000-$100,000 base salary plus bonus eligible + Comprehensive medical, dental & vision401(k) with 4% employer match after 6 monthsUnlimited PTOAnnual retreat, team outings, and a culture that truly values balance
