Initiative Manager

We're looking for an Initiative Manager to: • Support our Product & Technology owners in the effective planning and execution of key programs that will enhance our portfolio of digital products and capabilities • Alignment of vendor costs across our digital program forecasts are well planned and actuals (invoices, payments) are raised, monitored and accrued adequately • Support the delivery of internal and executive communications that connect audiences with our firm's strategy, business goals and cultureYour experience and skills • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance • Strong attention to detail and organization skills • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially experience using excel to analyze, manage and report data and financials, and Power Point to develop exciting presentations • Experience with business management, financials and creating sustainable processes • Understanding of Wealth Management and Banking products and services • Experience with Power BI, building dashboards and Tableau a plus • Strong interpersonal skills, an ability to work well with individuals at all professional levels, intellectual curiosity, a relentless can-do attitude and a tireless sense of humor • Proven problem solving as well as decision making skills • Excellent communication skills, to both technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to manage end to end projects throughout agile methodology
