Position: Relationship ManagerLocation: Radnor, PA (Hybrid - In-office on Wednesdays)Salary: $60,000 annually + bonus potential (up to 15% based on team and individual performance)Employment Type: Direct Hire, Full-TimeHours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMOverviewA boutique financial services firm is seeking a Relationship Manager to join its growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing position, has exceptional communication skills, and is eager to learn the financial services industry. The firm offers a close-knit, collaborative culture with opportunities to grow and eventually obtain industry licenses.You'll work closely with a senior advisor to support client relationships, coordinate account management, and ensure all meetings and service requests are handled seamlessly. This role combines administrative support, client interaction, and problem-solving to deliver exceptional service.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and updates via phone and email.Schedule and coordinate client meetings, including preparation of agendas and meeting materials.Maintain accurate client records in CRM and other systems.Assist with account onboarding, transfers, rollovers, and general account maintenance.Process client requests, including money movement and service transactions, at the direction of the financial advisor.Collaborate with advisors and third-party teams to create investment and insurance proposals.Support clients with digital tools such as eMoney, Investor360, DocuSign, and ePay.Track and manage follow-up actions from client meetings to ensure timely resolution.Help prepare performance reports and Excel-based projections for client portfolios.Provide "white glove" service to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Perform special projects and administrative duties as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree required (any field).2+ years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role (financial services experience preferred but not required).Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including formulas and basic calculations).Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Knowledge of financial products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and insurance (a plus).Active Series 7, 66, or equivalent licenses preferred but not required (opportunity to obtain after hire).Benefits3 weeks PTO starting day oneShort-term disability coveragePaid vision and dental insurance401(k) with company matchSummer FridaysFun, team-oriented events (e.g., Top Golf, axe throwing, cooking classes)Growth potential with licensing and career advancement opportunities
