Sloane Stecker Physical Therapy has been improving the lives of clients of all ages and conditions for years through physical therapy, strength training, and advanced wellness programs. We are seeking an enthusiastic Regional Director to oversee and grow our two New York locations: Upper West Side (NYC) and Irvington (Westchester, NY).The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple clinics, strong leadership skills, and a background in physical therapy (6+ years) with an active New York State PT license. This individual will provide both clinical expertise and managerial guidance to ensure our team thrives and our patients receive the highest level of care.ResponsibilitiesMentor and support clinical and non-clinical staff across both locations.Lead clinical and financial operations, meeting or exceeding performance goals.Report on performance metrics and progress to the management team.Build strong relationships with patients, referral sources, and the local community.Drive clinic growth through marketing and outreach initiatives.Deliver evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.Manage scheduling for patients and staff to ensure smooth operations.Complete patient documentation (evaluations, progress notes, discharge notes) in a timely manner.RequirementsActive NY State PT license.6+ years of strong orthopedic clinical experience.2+ years of management and mentorship experience.A collaborative leader who can step in to support the team when needed.Full-Time BenefitsCompetitive salary: $125,000 - $145,000 annually performance-based bonus structure.401(k) retirement plan.Health insurance.Flexible schedule.Paid company holidays, vacation, and sick days.Unlimited continuing education through MedBridge membership.Work Locations:Upper West Side, New York CityIrvington, Westchester, NYApply today: Hiring@
