Contracts ManagerLocation: Roseland, NJ (Hybrid "” 2 days onsite / 3 days remote)Type: Full-Time, Right-to-Hire, or ContractJob ID: 83363Compensation:Full-Time Salary: Around $145,000Contract Rate: $45-$70/hrPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee complex third-party partner and major vendor relationships supporting technology and telecommunications initiatives. This role involves negotiating, drafting, closing, and managing strategic agreements to secure key relationships, products, and services essential to organizational success. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in contract negotiation within the telecommunications or technology sector and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership on high-stakes transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage strategic business partner and major vendor relationships to achieve product, service, financial, and operational objectives.Negotiate, draft, and close complex agreements and transactions to support technology and product/service initiatives.Lead contract lifecycle activities including risk assessment, compliance, and performance monitoring.Advise senior and executive leadership on contract strategy, negotiation approaches, risk mitigation, and financial implications (NOI and P&L impact).Develop and implement innovative solutions to secure business partnerships and technology arrangements.Conduct financial analysis of proposed contracts and provide guidance on funding requirements for new technology and operational needs.Monitor market, industry, legal, and technology trends to identify risks and opportunities impacting business strategy.Build and lead cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and successful contract execution.Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.Required Qualifications3-5+ years of experience negotiating and managing complex contracts in the telecommunications or technology sector.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (advanced degree preferred).Strong understanding of contract law, business operations, and financial principles.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
