Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMWe're looking for a Machine Shop Manager to lead daily operations in a 50-person precision machining shop. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced CNC and manual machining environment where your expertise in production, people, and process will make a direct impact.What You'll DoLead day-to-day machine shop operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.Mentor and develop machinists, supervisors, and cross-functional team members.Oversee scheduling, workflow, and resources using ERP/MRP systems.Monitor tooling, materials, and machine utilization to maximize efficiency.Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to maintain precision standards.Drive Lean/5S/continuous improvement initiatives.Partner with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues quickly.Track production and quality KPIs and act on trends.What You Bring5+ years of machining experience (CNC + manual required).2+ years of leadership experience in a machine shop or manufacturing setting.Knowledge of tooling, materials, and machining processes.ERP/MRP scheduling experience.Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.Background with Lean/5S/Six Sigma practices a plus.Strong decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.Why Join Us ??
