We help individuals struggling with suicidal and self-harming behaviors, frequent mood swings, family and peer conflict, anger outbursts, impulsivity, eating disordered behaviors, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and poor coping skills. We offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to provide comprehensive support and healing.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Therapist located in Plymouth, MI. The Clinical Therapist will be responsible for providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions, conducting mental health assessments, developing treatment plans, and offering crisis intervention. The Clinical Therapist will also engage in case management, coordinate with other healthcare professionals, and maintain accurate patient records.QualificationsSkills in Social Work and Case ManagementExpertise in Psychology and Mental HealthExperience in Family TherapyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary teamMaster's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related fieldLicensure to practice as a Clinical Therapist in the state of MichiganExperience working with individuals with trauma is a plus
