Accounting & Reporting Analyst

(Hybrid schedule - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Analyst with 4-5 years of professional expertise to join our team in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will support reconciliation, mapping, and testing activities across multiple reporting cubes, ensuring accuracy of financial data for key legal entities.Key Responsibilities:Perform mapping, reconciliation, and UAT testing of Balance Sheet and Income Statement actuals and forecast data.Validate and align information between the General Ledger and multiple TM1 reporting cubes (including BANKMR, BANKPBF, PANDA, and FPW Staging).Focus on MSCS-FID and MSESE legal entities, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.Required Skills & Qualifications:4-5 years of relevant experience.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and the structure of Balance Sheets and Income Statements.Proven ability to work with large data sets efficiently and accurately.Advanced Excel and database skills; prior experience with TM1 (or similar systems) strongly preferred.Ability to work independently with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
