We are entrepreneurial, fast- moving, and motivated by a desire to change the way that energy and electricity are delivered around the world. We are looking for a motivated, highly experienced individual with shared beliefs and passion to come and help drive the journey.As the FLNG DCS Maintenance Technician, you will be a self-starter with a solution-oriented mentality to help guide our team towards being a learning organization through defect elimination and continuous improvement.What you will do:Embrace and encourage a safety culture that results in Zero harm to people, the facility or the Company's reputation.Supporting the development of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Procedures and ensuring its complianceEnsure continuous availability and high levels of equipment functionality and reliability to the facilityEnsure that Work Orders are properly prioritized, permitted and executed in a safe and effective mannerWork collaboratively with Site Operations to ensure understanding of tasks to be performed, risk awareness and permitting requirementsMaintain the plant DCS/PLC electronic documentationMaintain virus protection on all equipmentSelect on-site spares for DCS/SIS/PLC systemsAssist in the update all graphics, programs, or control schematics.Propose modifications to OTSExecute analytics and preventative maintenance on DCS/SIS/PLC systemsPerform backups of control configuration filesEnsure data integrity across relevant ICSSSupport alarm management effortsSupport the development and maintenance of cybersecurity programsSupport Maintenance Supervisor and OIM in achieving stated goals and targets.What you bring:Available to work a 21/21 rotation scheduleExperience with cryogenic refrigeration, gas processing and gas treatment controls and instrumented systemsExperience with ABB and other ICSS infrastructure including PLCsConversant with automation programming and languagesConversant with cybersecurity standards and best practicesThe ability to troubleshoot using loop drawing, cause and effect data, schematics, ladder logic, P&IDs and other relevant technical/Engineering documentationExperience in carrying out predictive maintenance techniques and initial evaluationFamiliarity with regulatory codes and standards related to fixed and floating offshore facilities will be a plus.Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plusWorking with CMMS Applications and maintaining high levels of Compliance to Schedules, high quality execution of work and timely reportingAble to work with minimum supervision and collaborate effectively with Site and Corporate resources.Work ConditionsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is often required to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, work at height above ground on stairs and catwalks, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk or hear, smell, type and write.Must be able to board a ship via a gangway, climb to the top of a tank (200+ steps), scale vertical steel ladder up to forty feet or more in height and lift and move objects weighing up to 30 pounds.While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work indoors & outdoors, and be exposed to year-around weather conditions, ocean environment, and noise.
