We are seeking a Business Operations Office Manager in South Denver. This role blends Executive Assistant responsibilities with operational support. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support while also assisting with key business operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-functioning environment, can pivot seamlessly between tasks, and anticipates needs before they arise.Job Duties:Assist different roles and individuals within the office, including supporting family members and leadership personnelAnticipate the needs of high-net-worth executives and proactively manage tasksProvide administrative assistance to the Operations Director and various members of the family; including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondenceAssemble, organize, and maintain confidential and cohesive documentsAssist with coordination and communication with the family's estate manager as neededManage daily mail: sort, distribute, and forward to the appropriate family memberScan, organize, and distribute accounting and operational documents (e.g., bills, invoices)Assist with onboarding paperwork for new hires across multiple operating businessesOrder and maintain office supplies, snacks, and kitchen itemsMaintain break room and common areas (tidying, unloading dishwasher, managing coffee supplies)Plan and coordinate office and family events such as holiday parties, baby showers, and other celebrations. Own event logistics including ordering food, decorations, and other suppliesSupport miscellaneous projects for the family and operating businesses as neededManage IT ticket submissions and resolve IT-related issues. Take responsibility for handling all IT matters, those requested by members in the officeAssist in coordinating travel arrangements, primarily focusing on flight coordinationServe as the primary point of contact for phone calls, emails, and in-person guests; direct communications appropriatelyGreet and assist delivery drivers, employees, and visitorsRequirements:Prior experience in an executive administrative roleComfortable supporting high-net-worth individuals and multiple business operations, providing "white glove" serviceProactive, resourceful, and capable of independently managing a wide variety of responsibilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteTech-savvy with experience using common office software, scanning, emailing, and document managementHigh level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential informationAbility to handle constructive criticism with resilience and maintain a positive attitudeExceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skillsAbility to pivot between tasks while maintaining attention to detail and professionalismStrong written and verbal communication skillsPositive and cheerful attitude, with a team-first mindsetBenefits & Compensation:Pay: $70,000 - $80,000/annually depending on years of experienceDiscretionary annual bonusBoost your financial future with a 401(k) plan.
