May involve adjusting basic settings or parameters in order to meet performance standards.Use standard office software to carry out basic formatting of letters, memoranda, and routine reports.Maintain files and records.Ensure a positive experience for internal clients by having courteous interactions with them.Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.Support others by carrying out basic data management tasks.Follow a range of mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.Develop and maintain excellent procedural or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.Knowledge Of:Fundamental accounting concepts, practices and proceduresAccrual based accounting practicesMulti-state Commercial and Retail loan servicing practicesSkill in:Entering transactions into an automated accounting system.Analyzing and adjusting basic transaction and account balance discrepancies.Gathering and compiling information.Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications to produce correspondence, electronic communication and maintain spreadsheets and databases.Ability to:Identify and recommend solutions to routine loan accounting or loan servicing problems.Make routine decisions.Demonstrate efficiency and flexibility in performing detailed transactional tasks in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels.Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven, work environment.Provide a high level of customer service.Experience working within the financial services industryMinimum of high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of recent client service / customer service experience
