Construction Project Manager

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 + BonusJob Title: Project ManagerJob # 5584Location: East Greenbush, NYCategory: ConstructionDescription:Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.Responsibilities Include:Oversight of the entire project development lifecycle.Provide estimation for both material and labor.Establish responsibilities and lines of communication for the engineering, production, and design teams.Ensure that all relevant codes and regulations are being followed.Scheduling of transportation and deliveries.Act as the point of contact for clients.Ensure proper documentation throughout project lifecycle.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in construction, project management, or signage.Experience with estimating and permitting,Proficient with project management tools, reading blueprints/ construction documents, and the Microsoft Office Suite.Professional Management Professional certificationOSHA 10/30 Certification preferred.Valid driver's license.Hours & Benefits:M -F 8 AM - 5 PM In Office Paid Time Off (PTO)401(k) with company matchHealth, Dental, and Vision insurance
