Executive Assistant - Bilingual in English/Korean Location: Irvine, CASchedule: Mon to Fri (8am-5pm)Pay: $38-$43/hourType: TemporaryPERSONALLY PERFORMED DUTIESProject Management/Administrative Duties:Schedule travel, meetings and appointments for President and CEO.Maintain a confidential filing system for the Executive Office. Develop tracking reports to monitor assigned projects for the Executive Office.Create presentations, reports or other materials as needed by the President & CEO. Process all expense reports on behalf of the President and CEO.Ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the President and CEO, which may include:Leading and coordinating various dignitary visits, including developing plans and logistical arrangements, using professional judgment and discretion.Preparing communications to external customers/entities with minimal to no direction.Leading and coordinating executive dinners, including all logistical arrangements.Assisting other internal Kia NA and KUS offices with various Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives when time permits. Responsibilities will require, at times, working at various hours during the week, including early mornings or late nights, or on weekends, if needed, to meet business requirements. Flexibility with work schedule is a must.Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. Overall Related Experience:Minimum of 7 to 10 years of administration management experience in a corporate environment. Directly Related Experience: Executive assistant experience.Other Requirements:Bilingual in English/Korean is requiredSKILLSExcellent communication skills required (written and oral). Knowledge of project planning preferred. Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Practical administrative skills.Ability to multi-task, juggle competing demands, prioritize and work with other team members at all levels within the company, especially executive levels.Ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality on all matters with the Executive Office.PROBLEM SOLVING/DECISION MAKINGHave the ability to identify and resolve problems with minimal direct supervision. Independent and professional judgment required in all areas of responsibility.
