Responsibilities include the following:Attend key meetings, capture decisions, and make sure actions move forward.Keep internal and external communications organized, from drafting and circulating updates to maintaining content calendars.Support and eventually lead onboarding, documentation, and systems that help the company run smoothly.Own complex calendars and scheduling with an eye for prioritization and tradeoffs across recruiting, internal, and external commitments.Help coordinate financial planning so the team can stay focused on execution.Run point on event planning, from small lunches to multi-day offsites and retreats; as well as manage our office.Be the first line of coordination for recruiting"”scheduling interviews and ensuring candidates have a great experience.Keep inboxes and to-do lists under control, surfacing what's important and following up to close loops.What makes you a great fitYou enjoy being boots on the ground, and want to keep growing.You're highly organized with an exceptional eye for detail and a knack for keeping multiple threads moving.
