Position DetailsThis is Full-Time Benefit Eligible position working 80 hours per biweekly pay period.ShiftWeekdays with Occasional Weekends and After HoursLocation1324 Lakeland Hills Blvd Lakeland, FLAnnual SalaryMin $61,152.00 - Mid $76,419.20Position SummaryResponsible for planning and managing the operations of hospital housekeeping duties as well as adding support to laundry and linen evening operations. Works with department leadership to review standards of work,procedures, inspects and evaluates physical condition of the hospital and helps develop and administer department policies, procedures and budgets in order to meet department and hospital goals and objectives. Provides leadership tosupervisors within areas of responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and codes. Ensures customer needs are met and maintains positive relationship with internal customers. Participates in the qualityimprovements process through team participation, team leadership and data gathering and monitoring.
