OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Property Manager to lead the operational, financial, and administrative functions of a commercial property portfolio, with a focus on retail assets. This role requires a strong leader capable of driving performance, building tenant relationships, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of multiple sites.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial ManagementAssist in developing and executing property budgets and forecasts.Monitor income and expenses, track variances, and support financial reporting.Oversee rent collections, aging reports, and billing processes using Yardi.Review and analyze vendor contracts to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.Property & Operations ManagementLead day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring maintenance, safety, and tenant satisfaction.Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.Ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and environmental regulations.Tenant RelationsServe as a key point of contact for tenant communications, requests, and concerns.Support lease renewals, amendments, and move-in/move-out coordination.Manage tenant notifications, rent collections, and service escalations professionally.Vendor & Contractor ManagementCoordinate with service vendors and contractors for ongoing maintenance and special projects.Track work orders, contracts, and performance using Yardi and other internal systems.Review vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate processing aligned with budget goals.Lease AdministrationMaintain accurate lease data and documentation in Yardi.Support lease abstracting, tenant sales reporting, and COI tracking.Assist with the preparation and review of lease-related agreements.Team LeadershipMentor and lead junior property management staff and administrative support.Foster a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluation processes.Reporting & ComplianceSupport CAM reconciliations, annual budgeting, and monthly operational reports.Ensure insurance compliance and legal documentation is current and organized.Collaborate with internal departments (legal, finance, leasing, marketing) to support property goals.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (Master's or certification a plus).4+ years of experience in commercial property management, preferably in retail/shopping centers.Proficient in Yardi and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong knowledge of lease administration, property operations, and financial oversight.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.For immediate consideration please send your resume All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
