Company DescriptionArchitectural project manager located in Brandon, Florida or Hatfield, PA.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Project Architect at Schlosser Steel Buildings. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design process for industrial and commercial buildings from concept to completion. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing submittals, coordinating with clients and team members, and ensuring projects adhere to architectural and environmental standards. The Project Architect will use Revit (BIM) software and Bluebeam to develop architectural plans.QualificationsProficiency in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM)Experience in preparing and reviewing SubmittalsProject Management skillsUnderstanding of building codes and construction practicesStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and with a teamBachelor's degree in Architecture or related field10 years experience minimum
