JOB DESCRIPTION:Reading construction documents, including, but not limited to drawings, specifications, addenda and bulletinsIdentifying and understanding Division 07 and Division 08 scope of workPerform quantitative takeoffsPrepare accurate estimates, including material and labor, for Waterproofing, Roofing, Exterior Wall Panels and Curtain Wall projects up to $50 millionReview and analyze vendors' quotations for scope of workAttend pre-bid meetings and site walk-through, if requiredMaintain positive relationships with Construction Managers, General Contractors, Architects and Vendors
