Appraisal Specialist I Pay - $21/hr Maitland, Florida - Hybrid We are looking for a Temporary Appraisal Specialist I for our client who will be responsible for the managing a network of Real Estate Appraisers, workflow management, and limited-scope review of residential real estate appraisals. Additional Job DescriptionAdditional Job Description What You'll Do· Have a basic understanding of real estate and mortgage lending. · Ability to communicate regularly with appraisers and other departments by phone, email, and face-to-face. · Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device. · Responsible for working as a team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner. · Perform limited-scope appraisal reviews single family new construction residential real estate. · Correspond with appraisers to address issues or discrepancies on appraisals raised by the line of business regarding specific appraisals, general appraisal practices, investor requirements and/or appraisal policies. · Ensure compliance with Appraisal Independence Requirements and other applicable regulations throughout the appraisal process. · Stay up to date on market trends and conditions · Perform other duties as assigned Sound Like You?You might be just who we're looking for if you have... · High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Bachelors preferred · 2+ years of general work experience required · Supervisory, Management, Logistics, Scheduling, Human Resources, Recruiting or similar experience preferred · Attention to detail · Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop working relations with associates at a positive level · Computer skill required including working knowledge of electronic mail, word processing, and spreadsheets · Experience with CRM or similar system preferred (Salesforce, Encompass, ValuTrac, etc.) · Able to follow written and oral instructions · Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously · Strong customer service skills · Able to work in a fast paced working environment and work overtime when needed · Possess a positive attitude, be flexible in fast-paced environment, be a team player, leader and be willing to constructively contribute to the department
