If you're detail-oriented, an effective communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to contribute to a mission-critical function while sharpening your professional skills.Pay: $20-22/hourWhat You'll Need to Succeed:Minimum of two years of customer service experience; help desk experience is a plus.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Sharp analytical skills with close attention to detail; adept at problem-solving.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.Capability to make decisions in the absence of detailed operational guidelines.Proficiency in PC applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.Nice to Have Skills:Experience with BCBSM self-servicing applications such as eMVP, eBilling, Secured Services, Members Edge, and GroupCRM.Healthcare-specific experience in membership and billing operations (1-3 years).Preferred Education and Experience:High School Diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.Prior experience in healthcare membership and billing systems is advantageous.
