Construction Project Coordinator

MGMT Residential seeks a professional Construction Project Coordinator to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be a smart, capable and driven individual who is polished, adaptable and able to grow within our young, dynamic company. The Construction Project Coordinator will assist in supporting the day-to-day operational construction requirements of our growing portfolio of new and existing commercial and residential development projects. Specifically, the Construction Project Coordinator is expected to:Maintain a weekly, monthly and yearly project schedule for all active construction projects in coordination with the Construction Project Manager.Punchlist and track the closeout and transition of construction projects nearing completion.Assist in managing project costs by price checking invoices to ensure on budget.Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project needs, including amount and cost of materials and timing and location of their delivery as directed by the Construction Manager.Assist Construction Manager in directing onsite construction staff and cleaning crew, to complete project tasks as assigned.Create, edit and maintain MS Project or equivalent construction project timeline software for project planning and tracking purposes.Maintain an accurate inventory of construction supplies onsite to ensure contractors have adequate materials to successfully complete their work in a timely manner.Maintain a professional demeanor, demonstrating strong oral and written communication skills.Other duties as assignedQualifications and Education RequirementsMinimum 1 year experience in the Construction industry requiredMinimum 1 year experience in Project Management requiredReliable transportation to and from projects in PhiladelphiaFluent in Microsoft Office and the Google suite of Office productsHigh School degree or equivalent from an accredited institutionPreferred SkillsPreference for individuals who have worked in construction as a project coordinator or assistant project manager at another firmPreference for individuals who understand multiple facets of multi-family residential and commercial real estate constructionJob BenefitsCompetitive annual salaryMedical benefitsPaid time off401k and 401k MatchingOpportunity for advancementTrainingSick timeOther reimbursements (e.g., transport)Company DescriptionMGMT Residential is a fast-growing and dynamic real estate services company that that specializes in real estate development, property management and brokerage services, providing exclusive rental listings for apartments located in the Philadelphia area.
