Job Opening: Plant Manager - Richmond, INWe are excited to announce an opportunity to join the team at the Richmond, IN treating plant as a Plant ManagerAs the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Richmond plant, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met. You will lead a dynamic team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with the General Manager as well as other departments to ensure the plant's success.Key Responsibilities:Plant operations include Receiving, Treating, Shipping and coordination of loads inbound and outbound. Currently there is no manufacturing at this location.Oversee plant operations and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.Manage and lead a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.Work closely with the General Manager ensure production goals, manage budgets, and align plant objectives with overall company strategy.Ensure the plant is compliant with all regulatory requirements and company policies.Qualifications:Proven experience in plant operations, management, supervisory or a similar role.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive operational improvements.Knowledge of safety, environmental, and labor regulations and best practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Why Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of a well-established plant with a history of success.
