Responsibilities Skilled Nursing Care and Comprehensive Assessment Teaching, Supervision, and Counseling Clients and Caregivers Interdisciplinary collaboration Problem solving and critical thinking skills Monitors patient progress to ensure accomplishment of patient goals Oasis documentation Provides appropriate care for a range of physician-ordered treatments (PleurX Drain, Finger stick Coagulation checks, wound care, wound vacs, IVs, phlebotomy, Trachs, Peg Tube, Ostomies, Telehealth) Qualifications Minimum of one (1) years recent experience as a professional nurse in a clinical setting. Home Health experience preferred. Valid DL With No More Than 3 Moving Violation Competencies Skills Essential Experience In Hospital Or Acute Care Setting Clear Communication Skills Both Written And Verbal Able To Keep Confidential Information Regarding Patients, Team Members Able To Withstand Crisis Situations Has Skills To Provides Customer Service To Patients, Team Members And Visitors Proof Of Current/Valid Car Insurance Knowledge And Experience With Electronic Health Records Credentials Essential RN - Registered Nurse BLS - Basic Life Saving certification (American Heart Association) Education Essential Graduate of an accredited RN program Entry USD $36.20/Hr.
