Our Instagram has 66k followers and our TikTok has 37.4k followersPack and fulfill orders off of the Shopify and Amazon platforms (Packing orders will be a main task you will do everyday that you come into the office)Track metrics and analyticsUnderstand all aspects of E-Commerce, using the website platform, ShopifyTrack business analytics: ad spend, ROAS (return on ad spend), orders placed, customer demographics, order return rate, etc.Brainstorming ideas for engaging TikTok videos to replicate and recreate with our own twistGoing Live on TikTok and Instagram; engaging with our followers Create Instagram StoriesPosting on Pinterest and YouTube ShortsTaking professional photos and videos of productsEditing images on Project ManagementCreate ads for Pinterest, Meta and TikTokWorking on the website- updating photos, text, pricesConduct market research for the businessSearch for influencers who would associate with our brand, gather information about their demographics and social presence, and then contact them via DM and emailWorking with college organizations such as sororities and clubs on campus to bring awareness to the brand Schedule and manually post platform-specific contentPR outreach and researchMarketing on RedditResearch business pitch competitions to apply for and compete for prize moneyCustomer service- Learn how to best interact with customers onlineCompany Team: You will work directly under Tiffany Gil- a 2021 SDSU alumni, involved in the Lavin Entrepreneurship program, Entrepreneur Society, ZIP launchpad program, and other accelerator programs.
