This is a flexible, project-based consulting role providing expert support to post-acute and aging services clients.Why Join Pathway Health?Hourly pay: $45-$50 DOQRobust benefit package (for eligible employees)Incentives for top performanceFlexible scheduling with varying weekly hoursTravel opportunities (as needed)About the Role: Interim MDS Nurse (RN)As an Interim MDS Nurse, you will:Assist clients in assessing, planning, developing, and implementing systems and processes.Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry best practices.Provide consulting or interim management support to nursing and healthcare providers.Identify training needs and conduct in-services as requested.Attend client meetings and represent Pathway Health professionallySubmit timely reports, timesheets, and expense documentationEnsure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality.Respond promptly to communication (within 24 hours).No direct patient care requiredWhat We're Looking ForLicensed Registered Nurse (RN)RAC-CT certification through AAPACN (required).Minimum 3 years of MDS experienceStrong knowledge of MDS reimbursement processes, including Case Mix, PDPM, CAAs, care planning, and Quality MeasuresExpert understanding of Medicare regulations for skilled nursing facilities.Excellent critical thinking, leadership, and customer service skillsAbility to collaborate in multi-disciplinary teamsFlexibility for travel, as required.About Pathway HealthPathway Health is an independently owned, nationally recognized consulting company providing services to long-term health care, senior housing, assisted living, home care, and hospice organizationsPathway Health is an EEO/AAP Employer.
