Senior Corporate RecruiterLHH is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to lead strategic hiring initiatives across the country for our client's organization. This role is critical to identifying, engaging, and onboarding top-tier talent in skilled trades, project management, engineering, and corporate support functions. The ideal candidate will bring deep recruiting expertise, strong industry knowledge, and a proactive approach to workforce planning. This position will also work with outside agencies to identify contract talent to support national needs. This position is direct hire and will pay between $85K and $95K for the right combination of experience and education.Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategiesManage full-cycle recruitment for high-impact roles across multiple locationsBuild and maintain talent pipelines for key positions in construction and welding disciplinesLeverage job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks to attract qualified candidatesConduct screening interviews and coordinate candidate assessmentsEnsure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedbackCollaborate with HR and operations teams to align hiring with workforce planning goalsTrack and report recruiting metrics to inform decision-making and improve processesRepresent the company at career fairs, trade events, and industry conferencesStay current on labor market trends, union dynamics, and compliance regulationsQualifications:5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or skilled tradesProven success in sourcing and hiring for technical and field-based rolesStrong understanding of employment laws and recruiting best practicesExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferredFamiliarity with welding certifications and trade licensing requirementsExperience recruiting in union and non-union environmentsIf you are interested in learning more, please apply now.
