Plumbing Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Project Manager to lead tenant improvement projects with a focus on healthcare-related construction. This role requires a strong background in the medical sector, deep understanding and the ability to manage multiple high-value projects with excellence.As a 100% employee-owned company (ESOP), we believe our people are our greatest asset. We succeed when our clients are satisfied, our teams are growing professionally, and our projects deliver strong financial results.Responsibilities:Manage and execute $4-6 million in active plumbing projectsBid, budget, and estimate using CAE methodology and industry standardsMonitor field operations, crew productivity, and manpowerManage RFIs, SOVs, billing, and change ordersConduct job walks and site visitsLead and communicate effectively with field and foreman teamsBuild and maintain client relationships, particularly in healthcare/HCAI sectorsMentor and develop Project EngineersParticipate in bi-weekly project manager meetingsDrive project success through technical knowledge and strong leadershipQualificationsStrong experience in medical construction with HCAI compliance insightMastery of CAE estimating systems and workflowsDemonstrated success managing complex plumbing projectsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to lead mechanical scope discussions with clarityProven ability to build team culture and deliver profitable projectsBenefits include the following:Medical, dental and vision benefits401k retirement planLife InsuranceLong-Term Disability InsuranceFSA & extra insurancePaid holidaysPaid time offEmployee stock ownership plan (ESOP)Pay Range: $90k-$165kLet's be honest- life is too short to work at job that you don't love.
