This role is dedicated to a single, high-priority client, serving as the lead for campaign measurement, reporting, and performance insight across all channels.The role requires strong expertise in marketing analytics and reporting, with the ability to create clarity from complexity. This is a hands-on role"”owning dashboards, analyzing results, and telling the performance story in a way that drives smarter decisions and better outcomes.ResponsibilitiesOwn reporting and analytics for media campaigns across channels (paid social, search, programmatic, print, OOH, etc.).Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that highlight performance against KPIs.Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams.Partner with media managers to optimize campaigns based on findings.Develop and maintain measurement methodologies that tie activity to business results.Present performance results and insights to client stakeholders with clarity and confidence.Stay current on analytics tools, attribution models, and industry best practices.Mentor junior team members and elevate analytic rigor across the team.Qualifications5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics within an agency or performance marketing environment.Strong background in media measurement and KPI tracking.Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics/GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, SQL, and ad platform reporting.Ability to synthesize large data sets into meaningful insights.Confident communicator who can present complex ideas simply.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or related field preferred
