This role is key in supporting field technicians"”primarily focused on Carrier ductless systems"”with diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise. Candidates with broader HVAC system knowledge or a willingness to learn are strongly encouraged to applyThis is a fast-paced, hands-on position that requires both technical acumen and excellent communication skills.
