Our suite of services includes Construction Management, Construction Inspection, and Staff Augmentation.Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers with a proven track record in managing diverse Public Works projects including plant facility & pipeline construction in the phases of project development, design, and mainly construction as well as development tracks for grading, utilities, and roadways. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in managing water & wastewater infrastructure, street paving and rehabilitation, including curb, gutter, and sidewalk improvements; traffic signal installations; utility infrastructure; and related civil work.Key QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field5+ years of public works engineering experienceCalifornia P.E. license or Certified Construction Manager (required)Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsPreferred ExperienceManaging multi-disciplinary teams on municipal capital improvement projectsUtility coordination and site development expertiseKnowledge of federal, state, and local infrastructure regulationsResponsibilitiesAct as primary liaison with stakeholders, engineers, and contractorsOversee budgets, schedules, and project deliveryLead meetings, provide updates, and resolve on-site issuesCoordinate with consultants, staff, and municipalities
