Logistics CoordinatorOn-site | Fontana, CAPay Range: $22 to $26.44 per hourWe're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Fontana operations team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth order processing, shipment coordination, and inventory management.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments with warehouse and carrier teamsProcess purchase orders and issue POs to vendorsManage inventory and perform data entry in logistics systemsHandle damaged goods in collaboration with the Quality teamCommunicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams via phone and emailSupport intercompany transactions and regulatory documentationAssist with billing and freight claimsMaintain accurate records and documentationQualificationsAssociate's Degree preferred2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordinationProficiency in Microsoft Office and OutlookExperience with global import/export logistics and regulatory documentationStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to multitask and work independentlyPreferred SkillsLogistics CoordinationMultilingual communication abilitiesFamiliarity with logistics software (e.g., CargoWise, RFID systems)Benefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
