We're a small, high-energy team that values precision, speed, and attention to detail in everything we do.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Logistics & Operations team member to manage the flow of orders from start to finish. This role is the backbone of our day-to-day operations"”ensuring that orders are routed correctly, shipments move on time, and documentation is accurate. You'll also support the office with administrative support.ResponsibilitiesRoute orders for big box retailers according to compliance guidelines.Manage shipment pipeline from confirmation through delivery.Create and update shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and packing lists.Ensure EDI compliance for retailer orders and resolve any transmission errors.Prepare and send Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) and other retailer-required documentation.Maintain accurate records of shipments, orders, and invoices.Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, and retailers to ensure on-time delivery.Support minor bookkeeping tasks (AP/AR, expense tracking).Prepare and ship product samples from the Calabasas office.Provide general operational support to keep business running smoothly.Qualifications3 Years experience in logistics and/or supply chainExperience with EDI software.Elite organizational skills and detail orientation.High Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and general office software.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Why Join Us?Be part of a tight-knit team with big growth opportunities.Gain hands-on experience in wholesale, retail operations, and logistics.Work directly with major retail partners and well-known brands.Office located in Calabasas with a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.
