Estimator/Project Manager

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone with estimating experience who's ready to take ownership of both bidding and managing commercial construction projects. If you're skilled in PlanSwift, confident in your ability to win work, and capable of seeing projects through to completion, we want to hear from you.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare accurate and competitive bids using PlanSwift for projects ranging from $10,000 to $4 millionManage awarded projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality standardsCoordinate with general contractors, suppliers, and internal field teams to resolve scope, sequencing, and material issuesLead subcontractor and vendor procurement efforts, ensuring timely delivery and cost controlMaintain project documentation and support jobsite visits to ensure safety and performanceCoordinate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure successful project deliverySKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating and/or project managementProficiency with PlanSwift or similar estimating softwareStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines independentlyExperience with projects in the $10K-$4M range preferredIf interested, apply directly or send your up-to-date resume to
