You'll collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and senior leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.Our client offers relocation support for candidates moving to Port Washington, WI and is also open to candidates willing to travel into Port Washington regularly for the role. This flexibility makes it a great fit for experienced professionals based either locally or regionally.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate project workshops to define scope, align assumptions, and capture lessons learned.Lead approval processes, ensuring effective feedback between project teams and internal stakeholders.Consolidate and present project reporting and design development updates to senior leadership.Partner with contractors and project managers to analyze cost and scheduling data.Develop executive-level presentations highlighting construction progress and initiatives.Support financial reporting and project planning with the Project Controls team.Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.5-7 years of experience in project management or construction management.Background in the data center or technology sector preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to summarize complex data for executive audiences.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships.What's on OfferRelocation package to support candidates moving to Port Washington, WI.Flexibility for candidates who prefer to travel into Port Washington regularly rather than relocate.The chance to work with one of the world's leading data center developers on high-profile, mission-critical projects.Career growth in a rapidly expanding industry sector.
