We pride ourselves on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and our commitment to improving healthcare delivery through streamlined logistics and operational innovation.Position SummarySurgiShop is seeking a proactive and experienced Director of Operationsto lead and enhance the company's core operational functions, including fulfillment, logistics coordination, customer service processes, and quality assurance. This role will play a critical part in the implementation of a new ERP systemand the oversight of our Quality Assurance Program (QAP). The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar operations leadership role or hold a relevant degree in Operations Management, Business, or a related field.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Oversight:Direct day-to-day operational functions, including order fulfillment, inventory tracking, shipping/logistics coordination, and customer service.Establish and refine standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and efficient workflows.ERP Implementation:Lead and coordinate the successful implementation of a new ERP system, collaborating with IT and department heads.Ensure seamless adoption across the company by developing training plans, documentation, and change management strategies.Quality Assurance Program (QAP) Oversight:Manage and maintain SurgiShop's QAP, ensuring products and services meet company and regulatory standards.Monitor KPIs, handle incident reporting, and facilitate ongoing quality improvement initiatives.Strategic Operations Support:Collaborate with executive leadership on business scalability plans, cost-reduction strategies, and infrastructure improvements.Identify and implement process enhancements to support company growth.Team Leadership:Supervise and support warehouse, logistics, and administrative operations staff.Promote a high-performance culture through clear expectations, regular feedback, and leadership development.Cross-Department Collaboration:Work closely with Sales, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless operational execution.Provide operational data and insights to support strategic decision-making.Compliance & Documentation:Ensure adherence to relevant industry and regulatory requirements.Maintain up-to-date documentation for procedures, training, and audits.QualificationsBachelor's degreein Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field OR 2+ years of experiencein an operations leadership roleHands-on experience with ERP system implementation(e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)Familiarity with Quality Assurance processes and reportingExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to lead teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented and process-driven mindsetCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary:$60,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with experience)Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)Paid time off, holidays, and professional development opportunitiesOpportunity to shape the operational foundation of a rapidly growing company
